Hospital Fun
I'm writing this from a hospital chair. Never thought that I would be here today, playing cards with Mark, watching Parker sleep soundly and hoping that we will be home in the near future. Parker has Bronchiolitis. He had to have a little help with oxygen and be monitored for the nite. He did good and is feeling much better after being filled with a bag of fluids. I admit that I was a bit scared yesterday. You just never know how things will go. As soon as he eats some boob milk we are able to go home. This is good news! Life is funny sometimes. Situations like this draw us closer to our loved ones and remind us how precious life is. Thank you God for healthy kiddos and an experience that helps me to be more empathetic towards others. And thank you Starbucks for the coffee that tasted like heaven. And poor Mark, he is still wondering how he missed another great weekend of skiing. He'll life!
