Today I sit inside Cafe Melas drinking a great coffee and dreaming about adventures. Cafe Mela makes a mean cup of coffee and gives me a feeling of peace and tranquility inside. It is snowing outside and my three beautiful children are at a friends. Sometimes the life that the kiddos bring with is too much when stillness is desired. My friend Jessie and I started this sweet thing months ago and we will hopefully never give it up. One day a week we trade kids. She watches mine every other Monday and I watch hers every other Monday. We have no rules regarding what we do with our 2 hours of freedom. Today I embrace every moment of it over coffee.
Ive been reading a great book by a man with the last name of Sweet. The title is The gospel according to starbucks. I love it! He writes about lifes meaning and purpose and journey. We all want to know how to embrace those things to the fullest. Super good.
Well time for me to get off line and be still for a few.

I hope I can find a friend to "trade kids" with someday. That is fantastic. Yes... there will be room for you and your little ones to visit!
